Tax lawyer and associate at Alphard Law, Hugo Marchadier specializes in private wealth taxation, corporate structuring, and the tax treatment of digital assets. A graduate of the Master’s program in Corporate Taxation at Paris-Dauphine University, he has developed a cross-disciplinary expertise spanning tax law, business law, and emerging technologies.
Throughout his career, Hugo has worked with leading law firms such as Arsene Taxand and ORWL Avocats, where he was involved in VAT and customs issues, the taxation of crypto-assets, and the regulatory framework for digital asset service providers (DASPs). He has also advised on the structuring of personal and entrepreneurial wealth.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, Hugo co-founded several ventures, including Judis, a support platform for self-employed professionals, and White Loop, an innovative investment club focused on Web3 technologies. In this context, he managed the legal and tax structuring of blockchain ecosystems and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
Hugo joined Alphard Law during his final internship as part of his bar qualification, where he quickly stood out for his analytical rigor, interdisciplinary approach, and deep understanding of contemporary tax issues—particularly those involving international structuring and legal innovation.
