Félicia Barberye, Paralegal, Finance and Corporate
Félicia Barberye is a paralegal at Alphard Law, supporting the finance and mergers and acquisitions practice led by Galina Petrova. She works across the full transaction cycle, from the preparation of the files through to the completion of post-closing formalities.
On financing transactions, she handles the verification of conditions precedent, the assembly and monitoring of closing files, the preparation of security documentation and the completion of registration and release formalities, as well as tracking the periodic information undertakings set out in facility agreements.
On corporate transactions, she assists with the preparation of acquisition documents and their schedules, the setting up of data rooms, the drafting of corporate resolutions relating to capital transactions, and provides corporate housekeeping for the companies the firm advises: shareholders' meetings, approval of accounts, amendments to the articles, maintenance of corporate registers and filing formalities.
This organisation allows the firm's finance and corporate practice to meet the demanding timetables of these transactions, reserving the partners' involvement for the negotiation and drafting of the structuring documents.
